The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the pool area. The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Issues with check-in were frustrating. A key that didn't work took three trips downstairs to resolve. Staff seemed indifferent to my concerns; their lack of empathy was disheartening. Hidden fees are rampant. I expected to pay for a comfortable stay, not nickel-and-dimed for Wi-Fi and charges I didn't incur. The staff, notably unhelpful and rude, diminished my experience further. While the property itself is nicely designed, the service and additional charges leave much to be desired. There are better options elsewhere that offer genuine hospitality.

Great location with plenty of dining options and a fun atmosphere. The room was clean on the 26th floor, but the trek to the lobby felt like a mini workout. Prices for everything felt excessive, especially for basics like coffee and water. Some staff were helpful, but a lot seemed rushed and indifferent. Encountered a check-in nightmare that ate up almost two hours. Housekeeping intrusions were awkward, and the room view didn't match what we expected. A mixed bag of experiences, leaving us wondering if the luxury really justified the cost.

I had an awsome time walking through the vibrant Las Vegas strip, with the famous Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden just around 500 meters away, and a bunch of other attractions like the Cosmopolitan and Madame Tussaud's within easy reach as well; the hotel had clean rooms and good beds, but I found the food options on-site a bit lacking for such a big property.

Feeling like royalty in a modern Roman empire with endless entertainment options and celebrity-owned restaurants. The swimming pools are a lavish retreat amidst the Vegas chaos.

Oh, joy! The joy of waiting for hours for the correct room and bed! .

The kids had a blast at the theme park! The staff made it easy to get our bags before check-in, and we enjoyed the delicious food options on site.

It was a bit pricey, but still worth every penny.

The pool options were fantastic, and the variety of on, site restaurants, including a buffet, made dining easy for my family. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore the lively surroundings and enjoy the convenience of having a food court open until 11 pm. Plus, being able to use the pool even after checking out was a great perk, especially with young kids in tow.

Despite completing all details for express check, in, the machines were broken, resulting in a 1, hour and 20, minute wait in line. Housekeeping also barged in multiple times despite pre, paying for a late checkout, creating uncomfortable situations.

The heating in the room worked well to keep us warm during the chilly evenings, but we did notice that the air conditioning unit was quite loud at times, which was a bit bothersome when trying to sleep. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing us to enjoy a warm beverage in the mornings. The sitting area was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the lack of a bathtub was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to a relaxing soak. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but we did have to request body wash separately as they initially only provided shampoo and conditioner. The am/fm alarm clock was handy for waking up on time for our planned activities, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime in the room. We didn't opt for room service but did notice that car hire and tours/ticket assistance were available. On the downside, the walk from the car park to the check-in desk was quite long and inconvenient, especially with luggage in tow. The check-in process was also slow and chaotic, with long queues and delays in getting our room keys.

Was initially booked into a lower category room but super kind staff upgraded us to a room with a fantastic view of a famous landmark at no extra cost. The room was impressive, and we discovered a fun slot machine to play! Great stay and we extended it by a couple of extra days to enjoy it more.

Service was a letdown; some front desk staff were rude and unhelpful.

The best location possible in the Las Vegas Strip made my visit to The Forum Shops at Caesars and other landmarks incredibly convenient. The front desk staff's enthusiasm and readiness to assist were remarkable. The impressive selection of dining options, including two Michelin-starred Restaurant Guy Savoy, and the vibrant nightlife options at PURE, Shadow Bar, and Cleopatra's Barge.

Our family had an amazing time at this centrally located Vegas gem. The spacious and well-equipped rooms, complete with a luxurious jacuzzi, were perfect for our group of four. The friendly service, especially from Eric at the Venus Pool Bar, made our poolside experience truly enjoyable. The massive casino and variety of dining options, including a fantastic Oriental restaurant and a delicious buffet, added to the excitement. The convenience of being walking distance to many attractions, with easy access to transportation, was a huge plus. a high-class resort feel with endless entertainment options.

The unhelpful staff made it even worse. Only during checkout did we receive a full explanation, and even then, the allowance was not automatically deducted from our bill.

i used self check-in & self check out, i only stayed 1 night & flew in just to see celine dion. the room was ideal, right across the isle from the coliseum in the forum tower. i made the reservation 8 months in advance when there was a deal on the rooms. good value perfect location. the forum mall is connected. it was very hot out so i never left cesars property. ideal.
